  • Appointing the chief executive of each subsidiary as the person with the greatest responsibility or HSE and taking HSE performance as a key criterion for rewards and penalties, as well as recruitment and subcontracting
  • Reinforcing HSE training to establish and maintain an excellent HSE culture
  • Complete honesty and openness with regard to HSE performance
  • Consistency in our HSE concepts wherever we are and in all sectors of our business
